My personal heaven:

I wake up on a crisp sunny summer morning in a quiet tropical location by the beach where I can hear the ocean and birds. I go on a nice walk through a forest and then meet up with some friends and play some games. In the evening I go to a restaurant and eat and drink and relax as the sun sets. I then shower and get into my comfortable bed where I can sleep well knowing I can do it all again tomorrow.

My personal hell:

I go into a place that I don't know, where there are a bunch of strangers all judging me, and here I have to complete a bunch of tasks I have no idea how to do in a very limited amount of time. There is no one I can ask for help and eventually I make a big mistake and everyone looks at me in disgust as the room falls silent and I have to apologise but they also judge me for that. There are people there I know and their opinions of me all go down. Then Derren Brown comes out and reveals that this was all his doing but he and everyone there still hates me.
